Now I Remember was set up six years ago by Neil Patrick, former editor of the national magazine Yours.

For years he had encouraged readers to write in with their memories and soon readers’ reminscences provided much of the material in the magazine, and in books recalling “the old days”.

As the readership of the magazine rocketed to around one million, Neil realised that older people had few other opportunities to enjoy nostalgia and share memories of life as it used to be. So on retirement he started to produce unique recordings especially for the generation that the modern world often forgets.

Since then, through a growing selection of heart-warming CDs and the new 'All Your Yesterdays Quiz Collection', many thousands of older folk have found fun, stimulation and contentment at home, and in clubs and residential homes.
