You can order online, using credit or debit card by phone (01733 840111), or by sending a cheque or postal order, made out to Now I Remember Ltd. to PO Box 136, Coates, Peterborough PE7 2FE

All credit card payments are input over a secure encrypted website.

We accept most credit cards but unfortunately cannot accept American Express.

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Now I Remember Ltd takes great care in describing its products as accurately as possible.

The company uses professional studios, and where necessary, trained actors in the production of CDs which are manufactured to high standards.

In the unlikely event of complaint, please contact the company by writing to Now I Remember Ltd at 484 Oundle Road, Peterborough PE2 7DF.

Packaging, delivery and privacy

Postage and packing to UK addresses are free, although we have to charge £2 for overseas deliveries.

In the unlikely event of the item you require being out of stock we will offer an alternative or a full refund. Products will be despatched immediately or within a few days of your order being received.

We request your name, address and e-mail address to enable us to deliver to you but we will NOT pass any details to a third party.

We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
